Chancery-Conference Hall

The Shiv Vilas Resort Chancery-Conference Hall is an ideal venue for hosting high power meetings. The hall can accommodate up to 100 people in theatre mode and 48 people in cluster mode. This state of the art conference venue is equipped with all the necessary amenities to make your meeting a success. Chancellor-Conference Hall

The Chancellor- Conference Hall features a 24 seater design in U-shape and is ideal for presentations and discussions. Mock Weddings & Social Celebrations

The Shiv Vilas Resort Mock Marriage is a unique and exciting event. The bride and groom are dressed in traditional costumes for the evening. The wedding ceremony takes place in the garden of the resort. Afterwards, there is a reception with music and dance. It's an unforgettable experience that you don't want to miss!
The procession
The groom's family and friends gather to go in a procession to the bride's residence. The bride and groom will assemble at the porch of the Resort, where the groom will mount a horse and begin the procession. The group will proceed amid much excitement to the final venue. The pathway will be lit with fire torch lights and decorated with flowers in certain areas. The procession will begin from the porch and walk to the Temple. Afterward, they will go to the ROE`S Retreat and finally make their way to the Helipad. When the procession assembles outside the venue, they will proceed into the venue.
The Venue
The Shiv Vilas Resort is a beautiful venue for any special occasion. The welcoming girls will be there with showers of rose petals and the traditional Aarti and Tikka ceremony. The groom will alight from the horse and will be garland here. At this time the shehnai will be playing. The venue offers a variety of options, including a garden setting, a lakeside setting, and an open field setting. The groom will be walked to the stage where the bride will be present from before. He will take the seat there alongside the bride. There will be no walk down the aisle, as this is seen as disrespectful to the bride. There will be a traditional ceremony of exchanging of garlands called "jaimala".

Great Hospitality and nice overall experience :-
We visited this resort for a short weekend trip to Jaipur in May. It is very well situated on the Gurgaon Jaipur highway. It is built as a royal palace and the rooms also have a royal feel. We had very good experience with all the staff of the hotel specially Abhay. Everyone was very attentive and polite in the conversation. We also got a free room upgrade. The occupancy in the resort was very low due to the off season and because of which the buffet was not operational which is understandable. They had fully functional Ala-carte menu in the restaurant. My 5 year old son had a nice time in the pool and big size bath tub.
Your personal marble palace :-
Excellent stay! Beautiful Marble Palatial Experience with Concierge Service Throughout. Pricey food with limited menu options but the chef was willing to cater to our personal needs. A little off the beaten path and remote but therefore less crowded as well, not too far from Amber Fort. Very Clean, Very Personable staff.

Wonderful palace just outside Jaipur :-
We had a great stay at Shiv Vilas Palace resort. Is is very close to Jaipur so you can visit the Pink City and relax afterwards in this luxurious environment; a true palace. It absolutely deserves its 5 stars. The service is perfect and the friendly staffs members make you feel at home from the first moment on. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable; the pool is very nice with nice corners and tables to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are several restaurants and the food (both Western and Indian) is very good. The styling of the hotel is elegant and beautiful. Also good for business meetings but we were on a holiday which we enjoyed it a lot. Will be back!

My Special Thank to Mr. Joydeep, Mr. Sher Singh, Mr. Khan and there whole team to make our stay so memorable. I along with my whole family thank them for a lovely weekend.
